Do you meal prep for the week? If so tell me your tips I dont really enjoy meal prepping but it is definitely worth it to be able to have wholesome ingredients rapidly available as soon as get home When I first started to meal prep I cooked meals I would have everything measured divided and ready just to take out of the fridge heat it up and eat but the past months we have tried to make different proteins veggies and salad options ready just to toss them into a bowl and create different meals everyday For example if I make ground turkey one day I will make a salad next day a low carb burrito bowl and another day zoodles which works better for us because that way we are not tired by Friday of eating the same (not that I would be tired I can eat the same for months) but I know some of you get tired so this approach is perfect Happy Monday – – – – – – – #mealprep #lowcarb #colorfulfood #saladbowl #eatyourveggies #morethancocos #sugarfreeliving #foodstylist #keto #lowfodmapdiet #yahoofood #ketogenicrecipes
